5. Payment Terms

Payment terms as agreed in individual proposals. Late payments may incur delays.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Skillxgrow does not guarantee specific results (rankings, leads, revenue). Performance depends on many factors. Liability limited to fees paid.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice as per agreement.
